US Patent #7,105,685 is a continuation patent which covers claims for novel cannabinol derivatives.  We have decided not to synthesize any more compounds in this series since we have claimed the use for two outstanding, non-proprietary compounds developed by MerckFrosst Canada - L759,656 and L759,633. Claims for the use of these compounds have been made in a continuation-in-part application, 20080108647, and a continuation patent, 11/978,344, which hasn’t been published yet.
